Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
2 pkg. frozen thawed spinach
Preparation

Preheat
oven to 350\u00b0.
Place butter in baking dish 9 x 13
x 2-inches.
Melt
in
oven.
In
large bowl combine eggs (beaten), flour, milk, salt and baking powder.
Mix well.
Add cheese
and spinach.
Spoon into baking dish, level off.
Bake 35 minutes.
