Apple Cake And Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
    4 c. sliced apples
Preparation
    Beat oil and eggs until frothy.
    Add sugar and vanilla.
    Beat again.
    Add flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Stir until blended. Fold in nuts and apples.
    Bake in buttered 9 x 13-inch baking pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
