Scallops Meuniere - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. scallops
    2 Tbsp. flour
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Toss scallops in flour, salt and pepper.
    Melt butter in medium skillet.
    Cook scallops 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Spoon scallops over bed of rice.
    Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
