Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, separated
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Separate egg and beat egg white until stiff.
    Add egg yolk to sifted flour, baking powder and salt. Add mixture with milk and vanilla.
    Fold in egg white and berries. Bake in 375\u00b0 oven 25 to 30 minutes.
