Green Beans With Swiss Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. grated onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 cans (16 oz.) whole green beans, drained
    1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1/3 c. cornflake crumbs, crumbled from cereal
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Melt butter and blend in flour and pepper; cook, stirring until bubbling.
    Blend in milk.
    Remove and stir in onion and sour cream.
    Combine sauce with green beans and cheese. Turn into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
