Speckled Chocolate Layer Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    8 egg yolks
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    6 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose or cake flour
    10 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, finely grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans. Line bottom with waxed paper or parchment paper and lightly grease the paper.
    Set aside.
