Cat'S Picadillo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1 large potato, diced
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. comino (cumin)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion in skillet.
    Drain off grease. Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Turn down heat, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
    Serve with Mexicali corn and warm tortillas.
    Serves approximately 4.
