Spritz - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    2 1/4 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    In large bowl, cream butter, gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
    Beat in egg and almond extract. Gradually blend in flour and nutmeg.
    Divide dough and color as desired.
    Press out with cookie press.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Makes 4 dozen.
