Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
1 large bottle Italian dressing
1 small bottle mild taco sauce
8 to 12 oz. grated Cheddar
1 small jar salad olives
1 head lettuce
1 large onion
1 pkg. Doritos chips
2 large tomatoes
2 stalks celery
1 can ripe olives
1 can kidney beans
1 large green pepper
Preparation

In skillet, brown and drain ground beef and medium onion.
In large bowl, combine finely chopped lettuce, finely chopped pepper, onion, celery, tomato, ripe olives and salad olives.
Add kidney beans.
Add cooled and drained meat mixture.
Crush the Doritos chips and sprinkle over top.
