Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 c. sour cream
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 c. onion, chopped
2 c. ham, chopped
potato chips, crushed (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients (except potato chips); place in large greased casserole.
Top with crushed potato chips if desired. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour or until bubbly all over.
