Low-Fat Oven Fries - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. large white or red potatoes, cut into strips
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Soak potato strips in cold water (change water several times until water is no longer cloudy).
Drain potatoes well and spread them on paper towels.
Pat dry.
Remove as much surface moisture as possible.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Flip pieces occasionally to brown evenly on all sides.
When they are golden brown, serve with your favorite condiments.
