Dietetic Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 qt. unsweetened fruit juice
    3 pkg. Sugar Twin or 3 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in fruit juice in heavy pot.
    Bring to a rolling boil; boil 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in lemon juice and Sugar Twin; mix well.
    Pour into hot, sterilized jars; seal.
    Jelly must be stored in refrigerator to jell.
    (One tablespoon of dietetic jelly may be used as a free choice.)
