Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    6 oz. small curd cottage cheese
    1 stick oleo, melted
    2 eggs, blended
    1 tsp. salt
    1 box Jiffy mix
    3/4 or 1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
Preparation
    Mix together in order given.
    Pour in oiled 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Double the recipe for a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish (is a lot better).
