Linguine With Garlic And Lemon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp. reduced-calorie margarine
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 1/2 c. cooked linguine, cooked without fat or salt
1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced (optional)
Preparation

Melt margarine in small saucepan; add garlic and next 3 ingredients, including mushrooms.
Add sauce to linguine and toss gently.
Serve immediately.
