Mexican Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut into bite-size pieces
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. chili sauce
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    3 Tbsp. flour

    You can add 1/4 cup green chili salsa for zip.
