Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 box Pillsbury German chocolate cake mix
1 stick oleo
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation

Spray 13 x 9-inch pan with Pam.
Spread nuts and coconut over bottom of pan.
Mix cake according to directions.
Pour over pecans and coconut.
Melt cream cheese and oleo in microwave.
Add powdered sugar to cream cheese and oleo.
Pour over cake batter and spread as evenly as possible.
Bake 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
