Baked Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 lb. smoked ham (ground)
    3/4 lb. ground pork
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. dry or prepared mustard
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Combine meat with cracker crumbs, milk and eggs.
    Shape into loaf.
    Blend mustard, sugar and pineapple juice and bring to a boil.
    Pour over ham loaf and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
