Enchilada Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. oil
    4 Tbsp. mild chili powder
    8 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. garlic
    oregano to taste
    cumin to taste
    6 c. chicken broth (fresh, canned or bouillon cubes in water)
Preparation
    Melt oil in large saucepan.
    Add chili powder, flour, garlic salt, oregano and cumin; stir until well blended.
    Gradually stir in 6 cups hot chicken broth and stir to boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
