Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped
3 c. apples, diced

Preparation

Combine oil, sugar and eggs; blend thoroughly.
Add all remaining ingredients; mix well.
Bake in a greased or floured 9 x 13 pan.
When done top with the following mixture.
