Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. melted butter
15 Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation

Mix pineapple chunks, juice, sugar, flour and cheese.
Pour into a 1-quart casserole dish.
Melt butter; mix with cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle over pineapple mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
(Makes 4 to 6 servings.)
