Frozen Lemon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. heavy cream or 3/4 c. chilled condensed milk
    2/3 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
    juice and rind of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Mix egg yolks, sugar, lemon juice and lemon rind.
    Cook over hot water, stirring constantly, until thick as cream.
    Cool. Gently mix in stiffly beaten egg whites and whipped cream.
    Use crumbs for top and bottom.
