Melon And Grape Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cubed cantaloupe
    1 c. cubed and seeded watermelon
    2 c. green seedless grapes
    5 Tbsp. lime juice
    1/2 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
Preparation
    Toss fruit with 1 tablespoon of lime juice and refrigerate, covered.
    When ready to serve, pour off any liquid, drying out the serving bowl.
    Whisk together the remaining lime juice, honey and mustard. Toss with fruit.
    Serves 6.
