Fish Cakes (Main Dish Or Hors D'Oeuvres) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    any leftover fish
    mashed potatoes
    handful of parsley
    butter, melted
    1 egg, beaten
    salt and pepper
    breadcrumbs
    olive oil
Preparation
    Remove skin and bones from fish.
    Mix with equal quantity of mashed potatoes.
    Add salt, pepper and parsley and a little butter.
    Add 1/2 beaten egg.
    Shape mixture into cakes and dip in egg and then breadcrumbs.
    Fry in oil until golden brown.
    Serve with ketchup.
