Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. grated zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. dried parsley
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. oil
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve warm or cold.
