Rotel Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 small can tomato sauce
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Drain Ro-Tel.
    Use juice with water to cook rice.
    Brown meat, then drain off fat.
    Cook Ro-Tel and tomato sauce in ground beef. Add 1 cup cheese and simmer until cheese is melted.
    Mix in rice. Pour into casserole and top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted on top.
