Cream Of Celery Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion in butter.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in water; add to sauteed mixture.
    Mix milk with flour and salt, then add to boiling mixture.
    Cook for 1 hour.
