Pumpkin Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2/3 c. softened butter
5 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. ground allspice
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
6 eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar
16 oz. pumpkin
Preparation

Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter.
Press into bottom and sides of spring-form pan.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Turn off oven and keep in oven for an additional 30 minutes.
