Crispy Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 pieces chicken, skinned
    1/4 c. safflower oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. paprika
    4 c. cornflake cereal
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Rinse chicken and pat dry.
    Combine oil, salt, pepper, ginger, garlic and paprika in small bowl. Crush cereal in pie plate.
    Dip chicken in oil mixture, then roll in cereal crumbs to coat.
    Place on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake 45 to 60 minutes.
