Breakfast Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 onion
    1 large potato, baked, peeled and diced
    6 beaten eggs, scrambled
    6 heated flour tortillas
Preparation
    Brown sausage and onion; drain.
    Add potato and eggs.
    Place mixture in 6 heated flour tortillas.
    Serve with picante sauce. Serves 6 to 8.
