Dirty Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. green onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    8 celery stalks, chopped
    4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 lb. chicken giblets (gizzards)
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. chicken liver
    1 c. water
    4 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet (optional)
    cayenne pepper (red) to taste
    black pepper to taste
    salt to taste
    Accent to taste
Preparation
    Cook
    rice
    and
    set aside.
    Chop \"raw\" giblets, ground beef and
    chicken
    liver
    in a blender or food processor or by hand. Combine
    all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Mix lightly. Add to a large pot.\t(Add a little oil or use a nonstick pot.) Cook under medium heat for about 45 minutes.
    Afterwards, add cooked rice and
    let
    simmer
    for about 10 minutes.
    Add more rice if
    not thick enough.
    This will serve 10.\tCan be eaten alone or with chicken, barbecue or turkey.
