Homemade Breakfast Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground turkey
    2 1/2 tsp. sage
    1 1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix all spices together in a small bowl.
    Sprinkle over turkey in a large mixing bowl.
    Knead together with hands until well mixed.
    Shape into patties and fry.
    Freeze what is unused.
    One makes a large batch and divide into smaller packages to freeze.
