Stir-Fry Vegetables And Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Oriental vegetables
    1 (7 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    garlic salt to taste
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 (7 oz.) can chicken
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Add Oriental vegetables and water chestnuts.
    Stir-fry until tender.
    Add soy sauce and garlic salt. Stir in mixture of cornstarch and enough water to cover vegetables.
    Cook until thickened.
    Stir in chicken.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
