Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 can stewed tomatoes
4 c. Minute rice (prepare while chicken cooks)
grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Boil chicken until meat comes off bone.
In skillet, saute onion, pepper and celery until transparent.
Debone chicken, cut into pieces and add to vegetables.
Add stewed tomatoes and rice. Add broth from chicken to own desired thickness.
Salt and pepper to taste; sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until bubbly.
