Hot Buttered Rum Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter (not margarine)
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 lb. brown sugar
1 lb. fine, white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
rum
Preparation

In large heavy pot, place 1 pound butter (not margarine), ice cream, brown sugar and white sugar.
Melt very slowly over low heat, stirring often.
When completely melted, add vanilla.
Cool and place in covered freezer container.
