Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1/2 c. celery
    1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimiento
    1 c. unpeeled diced apple
    2 c. sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
Preparation
    Chop onion, green pepper, celery and apple.
    Mix with pimiento and sauerkraut.
    Add dressing; toss well.
    Chill and drain before serving.
    Dressing may be saved and used again.
    Keeps well.
