Homemade Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tomatoes, chopped
    5 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    salt to taste
    1 1/2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and put into refrigerator for a couple of hours.
    Serve with plain tortilla chips.
