Red Clam Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. olive oil
    6 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. oregano
    1/2 c. parsley
    1 green pepper, diced
    8 cloves garlic
    4 cans chopped clams (reserve juice of one can)
    16 oz. tomato sauce
Preparation
    In large saucepan, melt butter.
    Saute garlic and pepper. Add Parmesan cheese, oregano and parsley.
    Mix completely.
    Add oil, clams and sauce.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Serve over linguini.
