Cream Cheese Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. oil of peppermint
1 2/3 c. powdered sugar
red or green food coloring
Preparation

Mash cream cheese.
Add peppermint and coloring.
Mix sugar. Knead until like pie dough.
Roll into balls the size of marbles. Place one side in small amount of sugar.
Press sugar side into mold; ummold at once.
Get mold from cake decorating supply.
