Beef Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean hamburger
    2 Tbsp. Morton quick salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. ground allspice
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    7 or 8 drops liquid smoke
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
    Form into rolls and wrap in double aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Unwrap.
    Turn off oven and let dry until cool.
