Cheddar Cheese Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

1 stick margarine
2 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, thawed (not drained)
1 onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) carton cottage cheese
4 eggs
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Melt margarine in a 9 x 11-inch pan. Mix all other ingredients, except cheese. Pour batter over melted butter and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
