Beef Biscuit Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    sprinkle of pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Saute onion, pepper and parsley in butter until tender.
    Add and brown ground beef.
    Season with salt and pepper; sprinkle flour over meat and stir well.
    Add bouillon cubes dissolved in 2 tablespoons hot water.
    Add the rest of the water.
    Cook until thick.
    Cool and spread on biscuit dough rolled about 1/4-inch thick and 6 inches wide.
    Roll up dough and meat mixture as a jelly roll.
    Slice and bake on cookie sheet in 400\u00b0 oven about 20 minutes.
    Any extra roll-ups can be stored in the freezer.
    Serve with cheese sauce or gravy.
