X-Tra Special Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton Vegie Recipe soup mix
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and dried
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped

Preparation

In medium bowl, blend vegie soup mix, sour cream, mayo and lemon juice.
Stir in spinach and water chestnuts.
Chill.
Makes 3 cups.
