Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    2 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 c. cream corn
    2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. oil
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cheese.
    Pour 1/2 of batter into well greased iron skillet.
    Put 1/2 of cheese on the batter. Pour remaining batter into pan and add remaining cheese on top. Bake in 350\u00b0 preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
