Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1 small onion
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    shortening
    applesauce
Preparation
    Grate potatoes and onion into milk.
    Blend in flour, egg and salt.
    Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls into hot fat.
    Brown both sides.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Makes 3 dozen.
    Serve with applesauce.
