Mini Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cream cheese
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    vanilla wafers *
Preparation
    Mix above for 5 minutes (excluding wafers).
    Place wafers in bottom of cupcake liners.
    Fill with about a tablespoon of mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Makes about 30.
