Pot Roast With Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. chuck arm pot roast or blade pot roast
    3 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. dry Lipton onion soup
    1 c. water
    2 or more (4 oz.) cans mushrooms, sliced or stems and pieces
    rice or noodles or mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Put roast in roasting pan with lid.
    Mix soups, water and mushrooms until blended.
    Pour over roast.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for about 5 hours.
    Add more water while cooking if it thickens too much.
    When meat is tender, cut into large pieces.
    Put gravy over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
