B And B Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. chopped onion
2 gal. chopped green tomatoes
1/2 gal. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped jalapeno peppers
1 c. salt
1/2 gal. vinegar
8 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Mix together first 4 ingredients and add 1 cup of salt.
Let stand approximately 4 hours.
Drain completely.
Bring to a boil the vinegar and sugar and add to tomato mixture.
Cook until it barely starts changing color.
Do not overcook.
Bottle in hot, sterile bottles.
This mixture must be very hot in order to seal.
