Great Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 9-inch pie
    7 c. tart sliced apples
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Fill pastry-lined pie pan with apple slices.
    Blend dry ingredients and sprinkle in between and over apples.
    Dot with butter.
    Put pan on baking sheet and bake at 400\u00b0 in preheated oven for about 1 hour.
