Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. Texas (yellow) sweet onions, chopped or diced
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. cornbread stuffing mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream

Preparation

Saute onions in butter.
Add stuffing mix, soup, and sour cream.
Place in a greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
