Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or turkey, brown and drain
1 can whole tomatoes
1 small onion, chopped
1 can green beans and liquid
1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
1 tsp. salt
Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook noodles until tender.
In blender, mix tomatoes, onion and liquid from green beans and salt. Mix all ingredients.
Pour into crock-pot and simmer several hours.
Serve topped with Cheddar cheese and crackers. Serves 3 to 4.
